Oearol is a technology holding company building AI-first ventures. Our current services include:

• Lumy, an AI chatbot that boosts productivity through intelligent conversation, web search, and context extraction.
• Future AI-powered products and services developed under the Oearol umbrella.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, and software, are owned by Oearol and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content:You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through our services ("User Content"). However, by using our services, you grant Oearol a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Shared Ownership: For AI-generated content created using our services, both you and Oearol have rights to use such content. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes, and we may use it to train and improve our AI models (unless you opt out where available).

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Misuse AI capabilities to generate harmful, illegal, or unethical content.
• Spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about Oearol, its services, or its affiliates that could harm our reputation or business.
• Use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair them.

We are not responsible for how users choose to use our technology. Any illegal use of our services is the sole responsibility of the user. Like any tool, our technology can be used for good or ill, and we cannot control or be held liable for misuse by third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OEAROL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oearol and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
